2023-06 Price Books API 3.0

The 3.0 API documentation - list price books, get a specific price book, create price book, and update price book.

Things to note:

• The 3.0 API uses the same pagination/versioning concepts as 2.0.
• These new APIs accept and return mostly the same data as the 2.0 version. The main difference is that price book could now be linked to multiple customer groups and outlets, instead of only one.
